- The contracting authority wants one contractor (is the main contractor) to participate as an adviser from halfway through the dop phase in Bouwteam. The contractor is responsible for all necessary disciplines, such as architectural, permanent interior, installations, civil and demontage. The design team is responsible for the design up to and including to/cutlery. The contractor provides advice in the DO and TOTHASE with regard to his implementation expertise and substantiated his advice with the consequences on price, quality, maintenance and planning. The contractor strengthens an integral cost budget with the corresponding implementation plan for the completion of the DO and after the tophase.
