Description: The new homes and facilities in the tippe are built on the west side of Stadshagen, close to the IJssel and next to the Westenholte district. In total, approx. 1 250 homes are built in the tippine. Quality and sustainability are just like in the other neighborhoods in Stadshagen. The tip must be a sustainable living environment in which themes such as sustainability, climate, circularity and mobility are more important than ever. The first phase of the tip is currently being made. The first phase relates to make up for around 250 homes, in the second phase the terrain for the other ca. 1 000 homes is created ready for construction. In addition to making ready preparation, this assignment also includes designing and engineering ring of a diver bridge.
