- The main goal of the province of Utrecht is to have the structural maintenance of its buildings carried out in a timely and professional manner, so that the continuity of business operations is guaranteed and possible disruptions to the primary process of the users are kept to a minimum. The contract will lead to one award per plot, and therefore to two awards for a total of two plots: Plot 1 Real Estate and Plot 2: Monumental real estate. Within scope The scope of the assignment includes the following components: Preventive and planned maintenance: The province defines preventive and planned maintenance as predetermined and planned maintenance work. The province's MJOP periodically indicates which components are next. The work planned for the next four years is included in Appendix 13 Planned work in the multi-year maintenance plan.
