Description : OpdrachtomschrijvingThe Leiden Institute of Chemistry is out to tender for the procurement of console upgrade for a low-field NMR spectrometer.The NMR facility is part of the Leiden Institute of Chemistry for researchers within the institute. The groups that use the facility are: 1) Bio-organic synthesis, 2) Catalysis and Surface chemistry, 3) Metals in Catalysis, Biomimetics & Inorganic Materials, 4) Macromolecular Biochemistry, 5) Soft Matter Chemistry, 6) Supramolecular & Biomaterials Chemistry and 7) Solid State NMR/Biophysical Organic Chemistry. The facility has 8 spectrometers (DPX-300, AV-300, AV-400-SB, AV-400-WB, AV-500, AV-600, AV-750, AV-850). The main objective is to provide support for performing liquid state NMR experiments, solid state NMR experiments and micro-coil imaging. Service is also provided to researchers from other institutes within the university, as well as external institutes and companies,We aim to increase the support level and to take the current NMR facility to a state-of-the-art NMR facility.
