- Due to the high occupancy in the buildings and the various shared spaces within buildings, such as open-plan offices, there is a need for places where people can make undisturbed calls, participate in Teams meetings or meet with a small group. This can be organized by placing conference cells, such as call cells, team cells or other small box-in-box meeting rooms.
The need for meeting rooms or conference cells placed in the room is increasing. The reason is the increasing occupancy in the buildings, but also the changed way of working, such as digital meetingsn. A test was carried out with various conference cells within our main building 'Atlas' and it was successful. For this reason, TU/e wants to expand this further. To obtain a more uniform picture, to increase interchangeability between the different cells and to ensure that the quality is goods, TU/e intends to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier for this purpose.
The assignment for Conference cells consists of the supply, installation and installation of:
1-person cells to be used for dialing in;
-2-person cells that can be used for digital communicationmeetings or for a short one-on-one consultation;
-4-person cells to be able to use for meetings.
