Keeping permanently operational of at least 1300 electric partial bicycles in the entire project area, of which at least 900 in Utrecht. Redistributing the electric partial bicycles and keeping electric partial bicycles available at specific locations. Maintenance of the electric partial bicycles in accordance with PVE and permit requirements. Charging and charging of partial bicycles.
