Description:
Concession for the Gelderland Rail Terminal (RTG), also including the issuance of a Leasehold. The (RTG) forms an important link in the connections with the European hinterland that the Province wants to realize. The RTG makes it possible for companies from the region to use transportr on the Betuwe route. The RTG brings together three types of transport near Nijmegen and the municipality of Overbetuwe: rail (the Betuwe route), road (the A15) and water (the Waal). By combining these three types of transport, this area becomes an even more attractive location for (logistics) companiesand strengthens the regional and national economy. This stimulates employment in the region.
The concession is granted for a period of 45 years.
