- The aim is to conclude a concession assignment for services to arrive at a main service provider of truck levy in the Netherlands. The "Chief Service Set Provider" (HDA) is part of the wider system truck tax (VWH) that will be introduced in the Netherlands as soon as possible. The HDA supervises the correct registration of the relocation of the trucks and collection of the tolls. In addition, the HDA is responsible for the payment of the tolls to the Tolheffer (RDW on behalf of the Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management). The HDA will operate next to the eating providers.
