- The subject of the tender is a service regarding the composition and packaging of the various products that make up the Defense Operational Rations in the prescribed quantities and manner into the various desired modules, the storage of these ready-to-use Operational Rationsn, and the delivery of these ready-made Operational Rations at fixed intervals to the Defense depots in Bathmen and Lettel.
The packaging services are provided in accordance with art. 2.82 Public Procurement Act reserved for sheltered employment companies. Participation in this tender stis therefore only open to companies that are active as 'implementers of the Sheltered Employment Act'. Tenders from market parties that cannot be regarded as such will be excluded from participation in the tender.
