The current harbor office no longer complies with the current standards and business operations of the harbor service. That is why it is replaced by a new future-proof floating harbor office at a central, visible location on the Spaarndamseweg at the Werfstraat in Haarlem-Noord. For this assignment, the municipality of Haarlem writes a public project competition under architects.
