Description: The agreement consists of performing the following services: collecting diapers and incontinence material at various locations in the municipality of Maashorst processing of diapers and incontinence material for the collection and for processing a separate agreement could be concluded. This may result in an agreement being concluded with different contractors. However, the municipality wants to contract one contractor so that it gets one point of contact for the collection and processing of diapers and incontinence material. The municipal waste policy can therefore be implemented effectively and easily. The assignment is thus combined. If the assignment is split by, for example, a plot layout, more coordination is required. This brings extra activities and therefore more (internal) costs. If the coordination does not go optimally, this can lead to a delay and therefore extra nuisance for stakeholders (for example, residents).
