- The intended assignment includes: the transition, transformation, management and maintenance, and exit of the Cloud platform services. The contracting authority wants to manage IT services and strives to place as many operational services as possible with a managed cloud Service provider. The contracting authority itself remains responsible for the user support for the ICTSservicesk, workplaces, Office365 and the functional application management of the applications. Cooperation with the supplier is provided for 3elijn support with regard to the Modern workplace, office365 and identity and access management. The tender concerns several plots and services that are put on the market in one plot. These lots are classified in logical units of services, referring to Itservices (# and plots) and building blocks (BS) such as included in Appendix 12 Global architecture Sketch, and further see section 2.7 Guideline.
