- The aim of the municipality of this tender is to contract a supplier for a client tracking system that best meets the requirements set out in this tender document and the accompanying annexes. to ovthere to go on a new application. Since the decentralization in 2015, the work of the WMO, Youth, Debt Assistance and Budget Management team has changed significantly. The department works according to the principle of 1 family, 1 plan, 1 director. To support this way of working, it is necessarym to replace the current application.
The importance of a new system is mainly to keep the customer in the picture. This means that the customer can be followed in every step of the process. The current application is not aimed at supporting the customer managers/consultants on the "front" of the process and not tailored to WMO and Youth.
