Description: Purchase of support (CO creation) When designing and realizing a customer journey customer and database service model (from application for outflow) of the beneficiaries. Within the model, the customer journey is optimally supported with (innovative) digital options. With this process we expect all processes within the customer journey streamlined, whereby the customer is central. This means that the administrative burden of our employees decreased in such a way that they can spend a larger share of time on their core business. Namely, guide the customer in their route to work, education and entrepreneurship. In the development of the process, the customer is actively involved by deploying a Blueprint / Customers Journey service. After all, the customer is central. We think it is important that the customer takes direction and ownership about his route to: work, education and entrepreneurship.
