Description:
The NAK Foundation wants to conclude a Framework Agreement for this cleaning service and is looking for a suitable contractor. Concerns Office spaces and Laboratory spaces, window cleaning and replenishing sanitary supplies. The agreement concluded with the winning party is a Framework Agreement within the meaning of the Public Procurement Act 2012. Under the Public Procurement Act 2012, this must be limited, for this tender at € 1,400,000 and a period of 7 years (including the optional years). For the Price Sub-Award Criterion there is a floor and ceiling amountworked. Taking into account the Public Procurement Act 2012 (Article 33, paragraph 1, Directive 2014/24 and Article 2,140, paragraph 3), the framework agreement is concluded for a longer term than 4 years, namely a maximum of 7 years.
