This assignment is awarded to the tenderer who has issued the quotation with the best price-quality ratio. By means of this tender, the Hunze and AAs Water Board wishes to realize the following: guaranteeing quality through quality optimal services and measurable results. Optimizing communication on planning, implementation and delivery of periodic maintenance (floor maintenance and window cleaning) A personal occupation as stable as possible (from the Contractor) the highest attainable sustainability level within budget with regard to environmental impact stimulation of a good employer and/or social return
