Description:
The assignment concerns the provision of Civil Language Training and Language Testing.
The Defense Language Center (TCD) is the language authority within Defense. It is part of the Dutch Defense Academy (NLDA). The three main product categories are language education and training, translationnsts and interpreting services. The TCD is currently working on further development of its products and services. Based on the TCD's mission and vision 2025, this means that civil language products and services are outsourced as much as possible civilly. And that the military-specific andlanguage products are provided by the TCD as much as possible. Based on its authority role, the TCD within Defense is responsible for all requirements for products and services within the (military) language domain.
For training and education in the field of Civil Language EducationThings and Language Testing, the Client has currently concluded a Defense-wide framework agreement with 2 lots.
This framework agreement will soon expire, which is the reason for starting this tender.
This European public tender aims to conclude one Councilmagreement per lot with one Contractor for the performance of services.
