Description: The new Civic Integration Act will come into effect on 1.1.2022. In this new system, municipalities will have a directing role in the integration process. This consists, among other things, of the obligation to offer various learning routes and social guidance to all integrating asylum status holders (from now on: people integrating).
This tender has been issued in order to comply with this obligation to offer. The choice was made for a European tender in accordance with the open procedure with the Award criterion "Most economically advantageous Tender" (MEAT), best price / quality ratio (BPKV).
The municipalities of The Hague, Delft, Rijswijk, Westland, Pijnacker-Nootdorp, Leidschendam-Voorburg and Wassenaar are collaborating on parts of this tender.
