Description: GVB intends to purchase a smart charging system for the electric bus fleet. The smart system must help GVB to be able to drive the timetable fully electrically.
Due to the need for vehicle data, GVB is considering combining the purchase of the CMS with the purchase of a vehicle data platform (VDP). The VDP is not only used for the coupling with the CMS and the planning module in Hastus, but also contributes to the increasingly preventively maintained of vehicles. GVB will possibly disconnect the purchase of the VDP from this project if the coupling with vehicle data to the CMS appears to be not necessary.
