Description: Stichting De Leijgraaf and Stichting Regionaal Education Center 's-Hertogenbosch are legal / administratively fused to one entity as of January 1, 2022 (Stichting Regional Education Center' s-Hertogenbosch).
In accordance with Article 2,163 d and 2,163rs AW 2012, Stichting Regional Education Center 's-Hertogenbosch announces that as a followed of this unforeseen change, the ECHR agreement is expanded with the employees of Stichting de Leijgraaf. At the time of the procurement process with the conclusion of the Agreement, contracting authority has not reasonably possible that a merger would be established (already) during the term of that agreement and a tender will lead to significant discomfort and considerable cost increase for AD.
