Description: Purpose of the tender: The Chief of Commerce is limited insight into the quality of the IT landscape. The insight present comes from fragmentary internal measurements with mainly SONARQUE and subjective quality measurements of applications through a questionnaire by the DEV / OPS teams. This is insufficient to gain the desired insight into the quality of the KVK IT landscape, because in terms of completeness and objectivity, improvement is needed. A screening / measurement of the quality of the IT landscape by a specializing agency is therefore necessary. To get a complete and independent insight into the quality of the IT landscape software by KVK self-built (customized) software, we want to have a zero measurement performed and then follow-up measurements. This is a static code quality and therefore no runtime quality indicators are issued. We also want advice on the design of the Sonarque ' tool ' ', to monitor the quality of our (customized) software structured and bring to a higher level.
