Description:
The Order includes the Delivery of striking rapid intervention vehicles (from now on: SIVs) and the performance of associated work, including (1) troubleshooting on the vehicle, (2) repair, maintenance and tires (ROB) and (3) troubleshooting on the and installation materials from the ingexpiry date of the Framework Agreement. The acquisition takes place through a competitive dialogue. The Defense and Security Procurement Act (ADV) applies to this acquisition, because safety objectives are involved in the delivery of rapid intervention vehicles. Inconversations are conducted in the vehicle and queries are made from systems that contain classified information. In the present case, the classification rests on data processed in the SIV or the location data and other data collected in the SIV. These constitute data as a datasets a security risk when they become available to or fall into the hands of third parties, other than the Police. This data is marked as in any case 'Police confidential'. In addition, the vehicles are also used for Police tasks that affect national security (interventions) or in the interest of combating social disruption and protecting the vital interests of the Netherlands.
