- This tender concerns the purchase of services in the field of Youth Protection and Youth Probation, carried out by Certified Institutions (GI). This concerns 3 types of services: 1. Youth Protection and Youth Probation based on a family-oriented approach from a forced framework; assigned by the judge. 2. Youth protection based on a family-oriented approach from a voluntary framework. 3. Consultation and advice based on hours of commitment for 3 different types of tasks: a) Participatory consultation according to the needs of local teams for (temporary) physical deploymentof GIs in the local team for support in intensive case studies involving insecurity, for which the local teams themselves have insufficient knowledge and expertise. b) Participation in the National Youth Protection Expertise Team (LET JB). c) Providing a declaration of consent for Closed Jeugdzorg. This concerns a SAS admission procedure without EMVI.
