• Description:
• The purpose of this tender is to contract one supplier for the catering services as described in the tendering documents. The assignment is awarded to the tenderer who has issued the registration that is assessed with the best price quality ratio. For The new contract period is looking for the Client (Brabant Water) an entrepreneurial and flexible caterer who operates independently and customer -oriented, moves with changes within the organization and actively contributes to innovations in services. The focus is on maintaining the current one Quality level, with room for improvement in the field of health, sustainability, guest experience and corporate social responsibility. The current under management construction must also be part of the services and must be included in the fixed contract price. The scope of the assignment is to provide catering services at the four (4) Brabant Water Office locations. The head office is in "Shertogenbosch. The other three locations concern Breda, Eindhoven and Veghel. For the daily lunch facility in the restaurants, a fixed contract sum concluded a contract. The whole has been maximized by the fixed contract sum for the profit and risk of the tenderer, the contribution of the mentor. Client sets the frameworks for the services that the tenderer must conform to. For the meeting service/ Lunches, banqueting and other parts are invoiced at pre -agreed rates on the basis of actually purchased numbers. In addition to the planned benefits and services, the client can at special events such as receptions and (festive) meetings of catering services are required. For these events, a quote is requested from the contractor in advance. The client is free to request a quote from other suppliers without obligation. An agreement will be entered into between the client and the contractor for an initial term of 4 (four) years. The agreement takes effect on 1 May 2026. The agreement can then be unilaterally extended 2 (two) times for 2 (two) years...
