- The purpose of the present tendering procedure is to realize a Concession Agreement with one (1) Contractor for the operation of the catering facilities, including the provision of the catering outlets, the use of food trucks and the provision of Banqueting on the TU Delft campus..
The planned commencement date of the Agreement is 01-07-2023 and the Agreement will run until 30-06-2032 at the latest. The fixed term of the Agreement is five (5) years, with an option to extend for a maximum of 2 times 24 months. The Agreement ends by operation of law after nine (9) years.
Withinthe scope of the tender is:
The operation of the catering outlets on the TU Delft campus;
The use of food trucks on the TU Delft campus;
The provision of Banqueting on the TU Delft campus.
