- RET is inviting potential bidders to participate in a market consultation in preparation for the European tender for an overhead line trolley (or catenary assembly vehicle), which is scheduled to be published in early 2025. To gain more insight into the market, RET has prepared a number of questions relevant to the preparation of the tender. With the market consultation RET aims to gain insight into • the different types of catenary assembly vehicles available and their deployability on RET's light rail network (streetcar, metro and Hoekse Lijn) in the Rotterdam region; • possible forms of cooperation between suppliers and RET; • the feasibility of RET's requirements and wishes with respect to the agreement to be concluded. This document describes the manner in which RET conducts the market consultation and the conditions that apply.
