Description:
The framework agreement with the current supplier, for the execution of NGS and TGS, is expected to expire in the second quarter of 2024, because the contract value has then been reached.
The purpose of this European tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement with one Contractor for the 'To carry outof next- and third-generation sequencing'.
The relevant service is for the benefit of the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA).
The assignment concerns:
Library preparation:
for DNA;
for RNA incl. plant rRNA depletion and poly-A selection.
Next Generation Sequencing; DNA and RNA:
for paired-end short reads (Illumina Novaseq 6000, from:
PacBio Sequel II, or;
Oxford Nanopore.
As a result of the Compact National Service Implementation Program iRIVM was designated at the end of 2012 as a purchasing execution center (IUC) of the central government.
