- The assignment concerns the realization of an extension of approximately 5,000 m2 of warehouse space, adjacent to an existing warehouse of 10,000 m2 of warehouse space (excluding office space). The current rear facade will be removed, so that the total will become one large space of approximately 15,000 m2.
In the existing warehouse wesome long-term maintenance work has been carried out. These are structural and technical installation maintenance work.
The expansion is being realized at the request of the tenant. The tenant has indicated that it will invest in a new and larger sorting machine, which a company will useag of approximately € 80 million. In order to commission this machine in accordance with the long-term planning, the lessee has indicated that he wishes to make use of early commissioning, in close consultation with the implementing parties.
