- The assignment concerns the development and associated services of the management and maintenance of Caelus, a solution to replace the current Lden Tool with which noise calculations must be made in the context of the control of the noise of planes with fixed wings and helicopters around regional airports The Netherlands. These calculations are used for the purpose of drawing up an airport decision and for monitoring and enforcement of the noise around airports. The solution to be developed must be delivered and be able to be managed by the Client as of January 1, 2025. If necessary and made in writing by the contractor, the delivery period can be extended by a maximum of three (3) months (see NF85 PVE requirement). For a detailed description of the assignment, reference is made to the program of requirements including appendices as included in Appendix 3 (PvE).
