The Electoral Council (advisory body and information center in the field of electoral law and elections) is the client for the proposed tender for the management and further development of the current election software and the (modular) development of new software to support the election process.ng process, elements of which will in all likelihood also be put out to tender. She likes to prepare these tenders well and part of this involves questioning the market through a Market Consultation. The purpose of this Market Consultation is twofold to: 1. Explore the possibilities of the onionoutsourcing management, maintenance and further development of the current election software in the period after July 2025; 2. Exploring the possibilities of (modular) development of new election software and its management, whereby part is developed in-house and part is outsourcedwill be oath.
