Description:
The Housing and Facility Affairs Department (DHF) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (BZ) has been using an IT solution from Planon since the 1990s to support its facility and property management. BZ has decided for several reasons, after careful considerationto refresh the standing solution. Project 'Zephyr - IWMS' has been started with this in mind.
The intention of BZ is to contract one contractor who supplies, implements and manages a SAAS ICT solution for an "Integrated Workspace Management System" for DHF. The duration ofn the agreement is for a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 12 years.
The ICT solution supports the following primary processes:
- Property Service and Facility management
- Property maintenance
- Renewal and adjustment of the portfolio
and also the secondary processes:
- Purchasing
- Contract management
- Project managementement
- Planning and control
- Decision making
