- Building-related preventive and corrective maintenance means all maintenance of buildings/objects and installations that relate to facilitating people and their activities and do not directly contribute to the core activities of WSHD. This concerns architectural andgeneral maintenance and related (handy) services and supplies, the aim of which is to restore and maintain the buildings/objects in good condition. This also includes sustainability aspects and energy efficiency. The work in this tender contributes to the overall maintenance statust of these buildings/objects and installations and must be aimed at reliable, safe and efficient use. The work must be carried out on buildings, objects and installations spread across the entire working area of WSHD.
