• Description:
• The tender concerns the architectural and installation maintenance and management of the newly renovated DNB head office on Frederiksplein in Amsterdam. The DNB Cash Center in Zeist falls outside the scope of the assignment. The assignment, the execution of adequate maintenance and management of the building, installations and the grounds owned by DNB, aims to: · safeguard and optimize the functionality, safety and lifespan of the building and installations; · ensure that building and building installations demonstrably comply at all times with the legal requirements, standards and maintenance regulations, including the requirements and duty of care arising from BREEAM in USE and WELL Platinum; · ensure that the building and building installations are always comply with the maintenance level set by DNB, which means that they have a maximum of condition 3 NEN 2767 or better (read condition 2 or 1); · that faults are resolved effectively and efficiently within the agreed recovery times and maintenance is aimed at preventing failures and preventing their recurrence; · have a current, complete and reliable insight into asset data and maintenance data; · the efficient and cost-effective execution of the work to bring about; · to ensure that all maintenance processes, data and activities are transparent, demonstrable and controlled, and that people work together with respect for each other's interests on the professionalization of asset management (or at least management and maintenance) and achieving the goals. To achieve these goals, DNB wishes to conclude a maintenance performance agreement with one party that is responsible for both the construction and installation work, for a period of maximum fifteen years.
