Description:
Every year North Sea Port receives around 300 river cruises on the Rigakaai in the Grootdok in Ghent. To be able to receive these river cruises in a high -quality way, North Sea Port is looking for a partner for building a scaffolding intended for river cruises. This scaffolding serves (maximum) 4 river cruise ships to be able to moor at the same time. The new scaffolding will consist of steel tubular piles with a concrete deck and is approximately 85 meters long and about 6 meters wide. The scaffolding is equipped with a forecrodence and a can level. The walking deck will be provided with lighting. In line with the scaffolding, 4 fender poles must be placed in order to be able to moor the cruise ships lengthwise. Before this work can take place, 3 old service jetties must first be demolished.
