- Contracting authorities Oasen - PWN - Waterbedrijf Groningen intend to jointly initiate a tender for program responsibility (PV/BRP) for the supply and return of electricity through the process of a competitive dialogue.
The scope of the supply includes:t globally 100 GWh per year spread over approximately 284 connections (66 GVB, 218 KVB)
The intention of this competitive dialogue is to contract a BRP that, in addition to residual delivery, is able to supply standard blocks and PPAs itself. In addition, BRP must simultaneously be prepared to accept third partiesto accept delivery of standard blocks and/or PPAs. The supply of PPAs falls outside the scope of this tender.
