Command description The contracting authority has drawn up this selection guide to select a candidate who is able to perform the requested brokerage services for ENEXIS and the companies associated with it. Contracting authority is looking for a reliable, expertPartner who professionally advises Enexis at the insurance portfolio at reasonable costs. Standard service agreement ("DVO"). • Standard service agreement ("DVO") for the complete insurance portfolio of Enexis (see the current one in the selection managementInsurance portfolio): o Provide risk advice. o In close consultation with Enexis, mediate, install and manage all insurance policies. o For the Allrisk fire insurance, supervising technical inspections, giving advice on risk improvement and providing reports for placingThe insurance. o Consider insured damage/claims. In the context of the requested services, Enexis wants a service agreement (hereinafter referred to as the agreement or DVO) with the starting date 1 October 2025 and as an end date 30 September 2027. After this, the parties can do the agreement if desiredExtend a maximum of 3 times 2 years. Total duration agreement is therefore a maximum of 8 years. Additional / incidental assignments.
