• Description:
• The assignment to be tendered concerns the provision of hiring professionals to the client (Broker) to be delivered by a contractor via his network of third parties, without an employment contract (Article 7: 628 paragraph 1 of the Dutch Civil Code) arising between the client and the hiring professional. Then To name: Sourcing and delivery of hiring professionals including broker service for the contracting authority. The scope of the assignment concerns functions and activities where the center of gravity lies on the hiring of professionals (hiring professionals) in salary scale 9 and higher. Job scales under 9 are therefore part of the assignment. In addition, in relatively smaller volumes, it does not include the hiring of ICT professionals that are not or not in accordance with the provisions in the currently running framework agreement with the framework contractors for 'hiring IT staff' or not on time entered. The framework agreement for the hiring IT professionals will be tendered separately in 2025.
