• Description:
• The A2gemeenten Collaboration consists of the municipalities of Valkenswaard, HeezeLeende and Cranendonck. The aim of the tender is to optimize and harmonize processes within the management of public space, by jointly switching to a modern BOR system that is in line with the current needs of the A2 municipalities. The municipalities of Valkenswaard and HeezeLeende currently use Geovisia from Progresity to manage public space, while the municipality of Cranendonck uses Obsurv from SWECO. Separate applications are also in use for specific components. The extent to which the applications are filled varies. Mid-2026 is seen as a 'natural moment' for a transition because GeoVisia users must switch to version 7 at the end of 2026. GRSA2 wants to tender jointly for the 3 municipalities and use this project to standardize working methods and strengthen processes. also with a view to exchanging information and taking over work from each other. The current contract parties deliver the software as a SaaS solution. In the desired situation, the 3 municipalities use 1 BOR application. This will be checked during the preparation of the tender to what extent there can be a fully or partially integrated system, with or without separate data collections. During the project, an attempt will be made to optimize and harmonize the processes for managing public space. During the development of this optimization It will be investigated to what extent the various management processes can be standardized across the three municipalities. However, every municipality can maintain its own local color if it wishes. Within the knowledge domain of public space, 18 different ones are currently being considered disciplines.
