- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of The Netherlands (in short MoFA) is planning to restore and renovate the residence of their ambassador on Aleea Alexandru 22 in Bucharest, Rumania. The residence is generally referred to as the Dozyhouse. MoFA is looking for a so called `total design` approach for the architectural firm, starting with a preliminary design. The constructor will be a separate party and MoFA will organize a separate tender procedure for the execution of the project.
