- The assignment concerns the acquisition of a location within the third phase of the Kloosterakker sub -plan, with a view to project -based housing. The selected developer is deemed to acquire the offered plots, under the conditions set in the tendering procedure, and to realize homes for their own account and risk. The task consists of the development and realization of 12 connected homes (rows) and 10 two -ray houses. The connected homes must be carried out on the ground floor with a full program (life -course -resistant). Because these homes border on a water feature, a quay wall is needed. The quay wall is part of the houses and is immediately designed and executed by the developer.
