- The Scheldestromen Water Board intends to conclude a framework agreement with one (1) supplier per plot for the delivery of the roadside paving materials. The duration of this framework agreement is two years with an optional extension of a maximum of two times. The total estimated valueFor parcel 1, 2 and 3 (all agreements together for maximum duration of 4 years) concerns € 950,000 and for all framework agreements together a maximum value of € 1,050,000 excluding VAT applies. The tender is divided into three plots: Plot 1: Schouwen-Duiveland, Tholen andSint Philipsland, Werk area 1 Plot 2: Walcheren, North and South Beveland, Werktreek 2, 3 and 4 Plot 3: Zeeland Flanders, Werktreek 5 and 6 The layout of the plots is based on the location and the type of roadside paving material that is used. In the plots above the WesterscheldeMixing granulate is mainly used and only asphalt granulate in the plot under the Westerschelde. It is free to register on one or more plots. Gunning per plot takes place on the tenderer who meets the requirements set in the tendering guide and theLowest price has offered.
