Description:
The purpose of this European tender is to conclude two framework agreements for the contracting authority to provide bailiff services. With this tender, the contracting authority wishes to contract the best quality parties, against the best possible conditionsorders and price. The contracting authority wishes to comply with the legal best efforts obligation in the field of collecting maintenance contributions by contracting market parties. In this context, the contracting authority expects parties that proactively think along with the contracting authorityand contribute to the goal of providing maintenance recipients with the maintenance contributions as soon as possible. The estimated size of the assignment is based on 1,500 cases per year, which equates to 6,000* cases for the entire contract period. The agreement to be concluded must bequalified as a framework agreement within the meaning of the Public Procurement Act 2012. For this reason, the estimate of 1,500 items is a spatial estimate based on past data, partly to prevent the estimated value from being exceeded before the term of the framework agreement has expired.count.
