Description:
The Contracting Authority wishes to purchase the hosting, unburdening, management and optimization of the ICT-KA and hosting environment as a service. The Tenderer is responsible for the full support of the employees with regard to the ICT-KA environment and is also the point of contact (Single Point OfContact) on behalf of the Contracting Authority for its IT suppliers and for its employees. The Contracting Authority asks the Tenderer to offer a 'Workplace as a service'.
The Workplace as a service consists of:
1.Management / migration of the current Microsoft365, Intune and Azure toto the new service provider;
2.Service desk services including Single Point of Contact (SPOC);
3.Management of the central Microsoft365 environment;
4.Management of the physical workplaces and mobile phones;
5.Server management for the hosting of the Exact suite environment;
6.On site support;
7.Printer services;
8.Performing changes, giving advice and providing training;
