Description:
We are looking for a permanent partner (contractor) where we can manage and support audiovisual resources. This concerns a framework agreement for the total services relating to audiovisual equipment in a meeting room, consultation room or other space whererdt collaborated. This is not about the design of individual workplaces where employees work independently.
Audiovisual equipment is defined as: screens, projectors, beamers, audio and video equipment, speakers, microphones, cameras, tablets or other devicesfor controlling the equipment in the room, necessary hardware for mounting (such as a small or large trolley) and everything else needed to make optimal use of the equipment in the room.
