These are the Spring Memorandum (Framework Document), Program Budget, Deviation Reports, Annual Reports and additional reports on large projects. The province wants to be able to publish these products itself, without the intervention of the supplier. It is important that the software supports legal reporting rules (decision budget and accountability of provinces and municipalities) and keeps up-to-date.
Our most important administrative stakeholders would like digital online products. They want to get rid of a lot of paper and have indicated that they find a good search function very important. In the digital documents, hyperlinks must also be made to other documents. So that they are consultable at a storey.
