Description : As of 2016, it is obligatory for external auditors of Public Interest Entities (PIE) to rotate. Royal Schiphol Group N.V. (RSG) falls under the definition of a PIE and it is therefore required for RSG to rotate the external auditor after the prescribed term (maximum of 10 years).
