Description:
Description : The subject of the contract is delivery of a newly built Atomic Layer Deposition system (hereafter referred to as: ALD).An ALD is a machine in which thin layers of material can be deposited. The machine will be used in a research and development environment for fabrication of nano and micro scale layers in the department of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) of the Delft University of Technology. The ALD system will be used by research technicians, Postdocs, PhDs and MSc and BSc students doing their final project.This project includes:- manufacturing;- factory acceptance test;- freight and shipping (DDP incoterms 2010);- installation on site at TU Delft;- site acceptance test;- training of personnel (one research technician, one postdoc and two PhD's).Placement and hook-up of electricity, gas lines, exhaust and cooling water will be performed by the contracting authority. A service contract for the ALD is not mandatory but will be an option and is part of the price component. The maximum total project costs may not exceed € 330.000,- excl. VAT. The system must come with a with a vacuum load-lock.
