- The current agreement of the Art & Antiques insurance of the municipality of The Hague expires on January 1, 2024 at 00:00. For the conclusion of a new agreement, coassery was chosen where there is one leading insurer and one or more followers, unless the tender leads to coverage by one insurer. In that case there is no longer any question of coassery. The objective is to conclude one insurance contract with as many contractors as necessary, to complete coverage of the insured sum as indicated in this section. This based on Bipar Principles, in the sense that the risk can be signed with full parts on the basis of the premium offered by assignment insurer (s). The insurance contract will be subject to Dutch law.
