- Through this tender, the municipality aims for optimum urban development and architectural total development of the "Nieuwe Sloot" area. For this, one market party is selected to develop the area "Nieuwe Sloot" in Alphen aan den Rijn for its own account and risk andrealizing.
This means:
- taking the land from the municipality (approximately 3.9 hectares);
- making the area ready for construction and the development and realization of 340 to 350 homes, in accordance with irrevocable zoning plan;
- the construction of public area and infrastructure takes after deliverythe municipality over the public area and infrastructure for € 1.
The ambition is to deliver the houses and the public area in Q3 2028.
