Description:
The former Hoge Bongerd horticultural area and its surroundings have been subject to major changes for years as a result of the Room for the River project and several housing construction projects, such as the Stelt and Hof van Holland. The municipality of Nijmegen is now installing this contract in the market for the development of Hoge Bongerd into a sustainable residential area for a maximum of 250 homes, of which at least 40 are social rentals, and a maximum of 2,825 m² of commercial facilities and all associated infrastructure and (public) outdoor space.
